Will it look like my pet?

It is made from your photo and keeps the coat, markings, eyes and face. You see it before you pay. If what arrives does not look like your pet, we repaint and reprint it or refund you.

What if it arrives damaged, or I don't like it?

Send us a photo of the damage within 30 days and we reprint it or refund you. If you change your mind, write to us before it goes to print and we cancel it. Details in the refund policy.

When will it arrive? Will it make Christmas?

Each canvas is printed to order, then shipped to you. For Christmas delivery in the US, order a canvas by December 11. The digital file is ready as soon as you pay.

Is this made with AI?

Yes. AI paints it from your photo, and you see the exact image before you pay. What you approve is what we print.

What photo works best?

A sharp photo with your pet's face in good light, taken at their eye level. One pet per photo, no filters.

Is the preview free?

Yes. No account and no card. You can make up to six previews a day. Previews carry a watermark; what you buy does not.

What exactly arrives?

A canvas: your portrait printed to order on canvas, gallery-wrapped over a wooden frame so the picture continues around the edges, with hanging hardware included. Sizes are 12 x 16, 16 x 20 and 18 x 24 inches. The digital file is a 2700 x 3600 pixel JPG with no watermark.
