By using Furloom you agree to these terms.

The service

You upload a photo of your pet, we generate an artistic portrait with AI, and you may buy it as a digital file or a printed canvas. Previews are free and watermarked.

Your photos

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and that show pets (no people, no illegal or hateful content). You keep the rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them to make your portrait and fulfill your order. We may refuse or remove uploads that break these rules.

Your portrait

When you pay, you may use the portrait for personal purposes, including gifts and printing, and for sharing online with credit optional. AI-generated artwork can vary: no two results are identical, and we cannot guarantee a specific result before you see the preview. You approve the preview before you buy.

Prices, payment and shipping

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Canvases ship to US addresses; see Shipping. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Refunds

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
